IR200 Universal Infrared Gas Analyzer


The IR200 infrared gas analyzer is capable of measuring the concentrations of CO2, CO, CH4, SO2, NO and O2 components in sample gas. CO2, CO, CH4, SO2 and NO are measured by the non-dispersion infrared method (NDIR), while O2 is measured by the paramagnetic or zirconia method. A maximum of 4 components including O2 (max. 3 components except for O2 measurement) are simultaneously measurable.

A high-sensitivity mass flow sensor is adopted in the detection block for the infrared method. Due to use of a single beam system for measurement, maintenance is easy and excellent stability is ensured for a long period of time. In addition, a microprocessor is built in and a large-size liquid crystal display is provided for easier operation, higher accuracy and more functions.

This analyzer is thus optimum for combustion control of various industrial furnaces, botanical study and global atmospheric research.

IR100 Universal Infrared Gas Analyzers

The IR100TA and IR100A, dedicated for analysis of either CO2, CO, or CH4, IR100TB and the IR100B, dedicated for simultaneous analysis of CO2 and CO, are available. The analyzers are easy to maintain and works steadily over long periods.
The ideal application of these analyzers are continuous measurement for the control and monitoring of combustion in various industrial furnaces as well as continuous measurement for the study of plants.

Near Infrared Analyzers

NR801EL Near Infrared Analyzer (At-line model)The InfraSpec NR801 EL is the at-line model of NR800 series FT-NIR analyzer. It employs exactly the same hardware in the heart of the system (interferometer and detector) as NR800 process model and thus realizing high S/N (signal-to-noise) ratio, high wave number resolution and wide wavenumber scanning range those done in the NR800 process model. Direct model transfer to/from the NR800 series including process model is another key feature. This model transfer capability will drastically cut down model implementation time and cost at project stage while it provides more flexible and efficient model upgrade during routine operation.

Software specially developed for at-line model, SpectLand 2 at-line, will make operation simple and user-friendly and will improve the work efficiency for at-line and Lab. measurement application.
